Shipping Policy (UK)

1) Processing & Production Times

We dispatch orders Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

A) Standard (in-stock) items

  • We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days.

B) POD (Print-on-Demand) items

  • POD items are produced after you order.

  • Production typically takes around 2 weeks, after which your order is dispatched.

C) Custom / Made-to-Order Fight Kits

  • Custom fight kits are made to order and typically take up to 6 weeks to produce, after which your order is dispatched.

If we expect a significant delay beyond these timeframes, we will contact you by email.


2) Delivery Services & Tracking

Standard items & Custom Kits (UK): Royal Mail Tracked

  • We ship standard items and custom kits using Royal Mail tracked services.

  • If offered at checkout, Royal Mail Tracked services have the following delivery aims:

    • Tracked 24: aim of next working day delivery Royal Mail

    • Tracked 48: aim of 2–3 working days Royal Mail

POD items (UK): UPS Tracked

  • POD orders are normally shipped using UPS tracked services.

  • UPS offers a range of domestic services with different delivery speeds, depending on what is selected/available. UPS+1

Shipping charges and available delivery options are calculated and shown at checkout.


3) Delivery Timeframes (UK Legal Position)

We deliver goods without undue delay and, unless a different timeframe is agreed with you, no later than 30 days from the date your order is placed. Legislation.gov.uk+1

For POD and Custom Kit orders, the agreed delivery timeframe includes the production time (around 2 weeks for POD / up to 6 weeks for Custom Kit) plus shipping, as shown on the product page and/or at checkout.

If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund in line with UK consumer law. Business Companion+1


4) Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email and tracking details where available.


5) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at support@deusfightwear.com.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you may need to cover re-delivery costs.


6) Lost or Missing Parcels / Responsibility in Transit

Under UK law, the order remains our responsibility until it is delivered into the physical possession of you (or a person you nominate to receive it). Legislation.gov.uk+1

If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your parcel, please:

  • check around your property and with household members/neighbours, then

  • contact support@deusfightwear.com so we can investigate with Royal Mail/UPS.

If you instruct the courier to leave a parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, this can affect responsibility once that instruction has been followed.


7) Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email support@deusfightwear.com as soon as possible with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item and the outer packaging

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible (replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate). This does not affect your statutory rights.
