Deus Fight Wear Returns, Cancellations & Refunds (UK)

1) Your legal rights (UK consumers)

If you buy from us online (distance selling), you usually have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, even if the item isn’t faulty. Once you tell us you want to cancel, you then have another 14 days to send the goods back. GOV.UK+1

This legal cancellation right does not apply to bespoke or clearly personalised items (see section 5). Citizens Advice+1

Our extra promise: In addition to your legal 14-day cancellation right, we also offer an extended 30-day returns window for eligible standard items (see section 3). (This is a voluntary policy and does not reduce your statutory rights.)

Please include:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you’re returning

  • whether it’s a change of mind return or a fault/issue

3) Standard items (eligible for return) — 30 days

For standard, non-personalised items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided the item is:

  • unworn / unused

  • in the same condition as received

  • with tags attached

  • in the original packaging

  • with proof of purchase

Return postage (change of mind): If you’re returning due to change of mind/size preference, you cover return postage (unless we agree otherwise). UK law allows this where the customer is informed. GOV.UK+1

Handling: You can inspect an item as you would in a shop. If an item shows use beyond what’s needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value. GOV.UK


4) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us as soon as possible if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are faulty/not as described/not fit for purpose, you may have:

Return postage (faulty/incorrect): Where an item is confirmed faulty/incorrect, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return postage costs (for example, standard tracked return). (We may offer a return label.)


5) Custom, bespoke & personalised items (including fight kits)

Bespoke / clearly personalised items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or the 14-day cancellation right. This includes (for example):

  • custom fight kits made to your specification (sizing/colourway/pattern cut)

  • items printed with your name, nickname, team, sponsor logos, or custom artwork

  • any product made specifically to your measurements or requirements Citizens Advice+1

However, your rights for faulty/damaged/incorrect goods still apply (see section 4). Business Companion+1

Important note about POD (Print-on-Demand):
If a POD item is not personalised (e.g., a standard Deus design printed to order with no customisation), we treat it as a standard item under section 3. If it is printed/personalised specifically for you (name, sponsor, custom design), section 5 applies.


6) Sale items & gift cards

  • Sale items: You still have the same statutory rights, including the 14-day cancellation right for standard goods bought online (unless bespoke/personalised). Any refund reflects the price paid. GOV.UK+1

  • Gift cards: Non-refundable except where required by law.


7) Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible standard items (subject to stock). If the requested exchange isn’t available, we can offer an alternative or process a refund in line with this policy.

(Exchanges are offered as a service and do not affect your statutory rights.)


8) Refunds (timings & method)

If you cancel/return an eligible item, refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Timing (UK legal standard):

  • For cancellations/returns, refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or you providing evidence you sent them back (whichever is earlier). GOV.UK+1

If you cancel under your legal 14-day right, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery cost (if you chose an upgraded delivery option, we refund up to the standard rate). GOV.UK+1


9) This policy and your rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
