Cancellation Policy (UK)

Some items on our store may be offered as pre-orders, print-on-demand (POD), or made-to-order products. This policy explains when you can cancel and how refunds work.

1) Pre-orders

A pre-order is an item that is out of stock or not yet available for dispatch at the time you place your order. Full payment is taken at checkout.

Cancelling a pre-order (before dispatch):
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched/fulfilled by contacting us at support@deusfightwear.com. If cancelled before dispatch, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If a pre-order delivery estimate changes significantly, you may also contact us to cancel for a refund.

2) Cancelling standard online orders (change of mind)

For standard, non-personalised goods bought online, you may have a 14-day right to cancel starting from the day after you receive your order.

  • You must tell us you want to cancel within 14 days of delivery.

  • After you notify us, you have another 14 days to return the item.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected (or where you provide evidence of posting, where applicable).

3) Items that cannot be cancelled for change of mind

The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to bespoke or clearly personalised items made to your specifications (for example: custom fight kits, or items printed with names/sponsors/custom artwork).

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, your statutory rights still apply (see section 4).

4) Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us at support@deusfightwear.com as soon as possible and we will arrange the appropriate resolution (repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate).

Colour & appearance note:
We make every effort to display colours accurately, however colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and manufacturing batch differences. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you believe your item is materially different from the product description or images, please contact us and we will put it right.

5) How to request a cancellation

Email support@deusfightwear.com with:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you want to cancel

  • whether it’s pre-dispatch, change of mind, or faulty/damaged/incorrect
