We accept returns on standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn/unused, in original condition, with any packaging/tags.
Custom/personalised items made to your specification are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with photos and we’ll make it right.
