This listing is for customers who have already paid a deposit and approved their design and quote. Select only the item or package shown on your approved quote. The amount you pay must match the outstanding balance after your deposit has been deducted.

What happens next

Production and timing

Custom orders are completed approximately four weeks after full payment is received. Delivery time then depends on the courier and your location. Contact us before payment if you need your kit for a particular event.

Custom top size guide

Measure a T-shirt that fits you comfortably, laid flat and unstretched. A: length from shoulder to hem. B: chest width from underarm to underarm. Chest width is a flat garment measurement, not body chest circumference. Compare both measurements before choosing your size.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery.


  • Items must be unworn/unused, in original condition, with any packaging/tags.

  • Custom/personalised items made to your specification are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

  • If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with photos and we’ll make it right.

To start a return, message us with your order number and reason.
Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are dispatched as soon as they’re ready. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

  • Delivery time depends on the courier and your location.

Production & Lead Times

We produce items using a mix of POD and fully custom manufacturing.


  • POD (printed to order): typically 2–5 working days production, then dispatched.

  • Fully custom items: typically 3–6 weeks production (design/approval complexity can affect this).
