Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn/unused, in original condition, with any packaging/tags.
Custom/personalised items made to your specification are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us with photos and we’ll make it right.
To start a return, message us with your order number and reason.
Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are dispatched as soon as they’re ready. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order ships.
Dispatch time depends on the item type (see Production & Lead Times).
Delivery time depends on the courier and your location.
Tracking is provided where available.
Production & Lead Times
We produce items using a mix of POD and fully custom manufacturing.
POD (printed to order): typically 2–5 working days production, then dispatched.
Fully custom items: typically 3–6 weeks production (design/approval complexity can affect this).
You’ll receive updates as your order moves through production and dispatch.
