STEP 1 - PAY YOUR DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of £20 per design is required for all custom items. For example, a set including a top, shorts, and rash guard requires a £60 deposit. This amount will be deducted from the final bill.
STEP 2 - EMAIL US
Ready to create your custom kit?
Email us at sales@deusfightwear.com with the following details:
1. Items required (e.g. rash guard, shorts, walkout tee, etc.)
2. Colours you’d like
3. Pattern style or inspiration (feel free to attach reference images)
4. Your name to include on the kit
5. Logos or sponsors you want added (attach high-resolution files if possible)
The more detail you give us, the better we can bring your vision to life.

STEP 3 - MOCK UP
Once we’ve received your details, our team will create and send you a custom mock-up.
We’ll make any changes you need until it’s exactly right.
When you’re happy with the design, we’ll take full payment and move straight into production.

Frequently asked questions
Turnaround Time:
Orders are completed approximately 4 weeks after full payment is received. To allow time for the design process, please place orders at least 5–6 weeks before your event date.
Deposit:

Returns & Refunds:
- All items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are:
- Faulty
- Incorrect (e.g., wrong size or damaged)
- Slight variations in design or color due to manufacturing and printing are to be expected.
Branding:
The Deus logo or Deus Fight Wear will be present on all items.
Delivery:
Free UK delivery is included with all orders.
