Deus Fight Wear Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Postage costs for returns must be covered by you. We recommend using a tracked service to avoid items being lost in transit.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Custom, Made-to-Order & POD (Print-on-Demand) Items
Many of our products are made to order or printed specifically for each customer. This includes all print-on-demand items and custom fight kits.
These items are considered personalised and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend checking our size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order, as we cannot accept returns for sizing issues or change-of-mind on these products.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase for eligible items. If we do not have your requested exchange in stock, we can offer an alternative item or a refund (if applicable).

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
